I would, but I would have to create a Google Map account, and I really do not want to do that. 

You were most helpful and I appreciate it.  It helped me know what I was looking for when I went to other places. 
I would not have gone to the Villages of Oak Hills if it had not been listed on Craig’s list.  Someone sent me that listing.  All the other listings you sent were appreciated and it helped me narrow my search without driving around.

Dear Apartments Rent Rebate - 

My name is Mario Marchan and I had been searching for apartments in the Fort Worth, TX area for some time now.
I found the services with apartmentsrentrebate.com very useful. I really had no idea how to go about hunting for apartments in a new location,
and I had never been to Fort Worth. With the help of Alexander Locator, I received a compilation of apartments that were appropriate for my circumstances.

I have found an apartment Via Julie Pace she was of great assistance to me with helping me find an apt.
Julie was of great help to me and my family as we are going to be doing a big move from Chicago, Illinois to Arlington, Texas.
I had done some research of my own and felt like i was hitting a brick wall due to the fact of the type of dog that i have. 
But she was very helpful and we will be moving into an apt that she referred us to!!! HURRAY

I regret to inform you that my son just called me and told me that his possible roommate for the summer in DFW just called him and cancelled out due to the job opportunity in Dallas falling through. We certainly appreciate all of your efforts at trying to help us locate an apartment for the two of them. I have had a wonderful experience with ApartmentsRentRebate.com. They have been so helpful with providing me with many different apartment options to choose from, and helping me narrow those choices down to the best one. I currently live in Michigan and will be moving to Texas. I have no family in Texas or the ability to go down there myself, so ApartmentsRentRebate.com has relieved a lot of my stress and anxiety about moving. Fort Worth Apartment Locators made searching for my new apartment so incredibly easy! Alexander brainstormed some great options based on my specific needs and wants, and he came with me to the appointments. It turned out that the first one we looked at together, I fell in love with! He helped me get the lease signed, and I had my keys to the apartment that evening! The realtors that work for this company are SO friendly, very professional, and have extensive knowledge of all of the floorplans in apartments around the DFW area. I would recommend them to and even encourage anyone looking for an apartment here to give them a call. Thanks again, Alexander! (and Ashley!) :) Y'all have been blessings through this whole relocation process! I look forward to working with y'all again next year when my lease is up, and I head over to Dallas!‎

Ashley Sartain was very helpful and found us a great apartment with the short amount of time that we had.  She was able to pull through for us with a fairly decent place that had most everything we were looking for. Ashley's service was excellent, very friendly and professional.  I am happy with the end result of the rebate process but disappointed in how long it took and the amount of effort I had to put in inorder to receive the amount promised on the website.  I filled out the form to get my rebate and  nothing happened for sometime and I had to inquire about it and was asked to fill out the form again.  So I find the procedure to not be an easy 3 step process like the website claims.  I had to do a lot of emailing in order to finally get my rebate which took longer than expected.  I received it approx 2 months after moving in.  The rebate amount was less than the 99% claim made on the terms and conditions section.  I should have received $100 but only received $80 at first.  I had to email and call about this issue and it was promptly addressed and I received the additional $20.  If the process of receiving the rebate had gone more smoothly I would be more satisfied with the service, but the overall end result worked out fine.  I appreciated that my concern was taken seriously and handled quickly and professionally.

A Lifesaver!

I was working in CA over the summer and had two days off to move after returning to TX. This is also the first time I've ever rented an apartment on my own. I found Alexander online and he started emailing me options around Fort Worth within minutes. He knows the city extremely well! I have an 90lb dog and wanted to be in a very specific area of Fort Worth, so Alexander laid out my options. From CA, I was able to have a friend turn in my deposit and draw up a lease. I wasn't thrilled with the apartment I was showed and Alexander worked with the complex to transfer the lease to a nicer unit in the same complex. I LOVE my apartment and so does my dog! Alexander is timely, professional, accomodating and straight forward. I highly recommend using his service! Thank you again!‎

I called several apartment locator services. Several of which either didn't return calls or were not as efficient. Since I am not familiar with the area and had very specific search criteria, Alexander provided me with listings within an hour after I called with the exact specifications I requested. Alexander was awesome! He made sure I was satisfied, and followed up with me and my apartment searching. He sent me a list of apartments the same day I spoke with hime over the phone. Within 1 hour he had a list of apartments for me to check out. Not only was he helpful in helping me find an apartment, he did not harass me and call me all day everyday! We had a bit of challenge having three cats when we began our own search for the perfect apartment.
